Angel Pollard, MS BCBA, LBA

Angel Pollard is a founding partner at Epic Strides, in Plano Texas, where she has devoted her practice to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Angel and her partner founded Epic Strides with the promise to provide families with exceptional therapy service. She has over twelve years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other behavioral challenges. She has extensive experience with early intervention and teaching pre-verbal, non-verbal and minimally verbal children. Her primary focus is Program Director at her treatment center, supervising future Behavior Analyst and consulting for clients. Angel has worked as a center-based and home-based behavioral therapist, overseen home and center-based programs, and consulted with families and schools. Her interests include teaching alternative augmentative communication, and independence skills that last a lifetime for her clients.
Mandi Redmon Gomez, MS BCBA, LBA

Mandi Redmon is a founding partner at Epic Strides. Mandi is a BCBA and a Licensed Behavior Analyst who has experience working with individuals with special needs since 2005. After earning her bachelor’s Degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2009, she began her career as a paraprofessional working with children on the autism spectrum. Shortly after starting her career as a paraprofessional Mandi knew she had discovered the field she wanted to pursue as a career. Mandi obtained her Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2015 and a licensed behavioral analyst (LBA) in 2018. She truly loves this field and enjoys making a difference in the lives of the children she works with. Her areas of interest include but are not limited to: adolescent and young adult programming and supports, developing programming to teach functional life skills and providing children with speech deficits an appropriate way to communicate using alternative or augmentative communication devices.
Megan Morrison, MS BCBA, LBA

Megan is deeply committed to, and passionate about helping children and adolescents reach their full potential. Prior to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Megan obtained her undergraduate degree in the field of Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She completed her graduate studies at Arizona State University earning a Master of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Utilizing the principles of behavior analysis, Megan is devoted to providing quality, individualized services focused on client enrichment. Ensuring that each child has the skills necessary to become their “best self” is of the utmost importance to Megan, and her greatest joy comes from seeing her clients achieve and surpass their goals.
